Russell James
For over 35 years Russell James has looked after and supported children and adults with learning disabilities, mental health illness and complex needs. This experience has allowed him to develop Eastbank Residential and Supported Living into one of the country’s leading organisations in Health and Social Care, which was recognised in a recent Parliamentary Review. Starting as a support worker, Russell quickly developed the skills to work in many challenging environments from Children’s Services to Adult Social Care. Purchasing Eastbank Care Home in 2007 he worked alongside his wife Kate James to build an organisationa which worked for the individuals who needed their support in their residential home and in the community.
